Meet the Team
Freda McKinney
Freda is a devoted music teacher who uses her God-given
gifts to serve, encourage, and inspire others. She teaches
piano, voice, music theory, and music history, and she
shares her musical talents both as a church musician
and as a vocalist with the Hauer Swing Band.
In addition to teaching, she is also a professional voice artist,
recording commercials for radio and television with warmth,
clarity, and skill.
Her love for natural, God-created remedies has always guided
how she cares for herself and others. That same heart for gentle, supportive wellness led her to explore light-based tools that honor
the way God designed our bodies—supporting renewal, balance,
and the body’s natural restorative processes.
Whether she’s teaching, performing, recording, or simply taking
a peaceful walk outdoors, Freda brings a compassionate,
faith-centered presence into every conversation. She loves
connecting with people on a deeper level and sharing hope, encouragement, and practical wellness support.
She is grateful to be part of the Light Restores Life team and feels blessed to walk alongside others on their journey to greater vitality and God-honoring well-being.
